While watching Cards, it is worthwhile remembering a great Deaf hero in baseball....Dummy Hoy played for St. Louis Browns here in 1891. I am proposing to local deaf club to have a wall mural about him to remember his history and his contribution of the signals that umpires and players use nowadays! He is a hero in my heart! See his uniform with St. Louis Browns.
