Is the Department of Defense taking out the contract on the Deaf community just like a mafia contract?
Is it a repeat of Logan's Run under the guise?

Please review this link as Department of Defense has awarded or seeking business with cochlear implant companies. It reeks of suspicious behavior of investors and greedy people who have their own agenda. They are invading deaf communities by leaps and pounds all over the world.

Review where they are leaving numbers open to get large quantity of cochlear implants. See two strong indicators of abuse - "indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contracts to two or more qualified manufacturers." This may help profit the pockets of investors for the next five years.
Who is profiteering from this abuse?
I could understand it if it is for aging veterans, but why have it at infinity number? It reeks of abuse and profiteering.
Then the hospitals will be purchasing them for babies and unwilling people.
What is going on?
Where is Paul Revere when we need him? He could alert the community that the Cochlear Implant companies are invading our privacy and lives.
Are we going to look the other way and kiss our Deaf culture gone?
