I want to express my disappointment, disatisfication and disgust at MY IP RELAY. They did something stupid this morning! I was making a call to answer survey questions to be paid. The agent did a dumb thing... RO80211F - she fucked up the call when she was going to transfer to another agent... and this one - RO80212F did not follow up and hang up the call. How do you think I feel? I am very pissed at both agents at MY IP RELAY!!! I am ready to terminate the service and will NEVER again use their service!
So it is dumbest thing they did today!
Any of you have problems with them??? Let me know!!!!!
