We are seeking films by deaf filmmakers.
Deaf filmmakers can be students, professionals, and international.
* FILMS CAN BE SHORT OR FEATURE.
*Animation, experimental work, documentaires, comedies, storytelling are welcome for consideration!
*Regular deadline is August 15th.
*International films must be submitted with English subtitles.
*Short films can be 30 minutes or less - few minutes or longer up to 30 minutes are ok.
*Feature films can be more than 31 minutes.
*FILMS must be submitted in DVD format.
*Films made by deaf artists, director, producer, actors and any capacity in making it get first priority.
